CSTO summit kicks off in Minsk

Belarusian state-run news agency BelTA reports that a summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization has started in Minsk .    The summit participants include presidents of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.

Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was the only leader of the CSTO member state who did not come to Minsk for the summit. .
