Pamir Energy (PE) is part of AKDN and operates through a Public-Private Partnership with the Government of Tajikistan (GoT), in effect at least until 2027. Since its inception in 2002, PE has been providing energy services in Viloyati Mukhtori Kuhistoni Badakhshon (VMKB), Tajikistan and started in 2008 to extend services to districts of the Badakhshan province in Northern Afghanistan.
