Tajikistan’s national carrier, Tajik Air has announced new air routes connecting Dushanbe with the city of Kulob in Khatlon province and the city of Panjakent in Sughd province. According to Tajik Air, flights from Dushanbe to Kulob will be operated three times a week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
Tajikistan ranks last among CIS countries in housing availability as of 2023, according to data from the Agency for Statistics under the President of Tajikistan and the CIS Statistical Committee. Despite significant growth in Tajikistan’s total housing stock over the past decades, access to housing for most citizens remains low.
According to analysts from the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), Tajikistan is projected to achieve real GDP growth of 8. 4% in 2025, driven by trade and investment dynamics, rising gold export prices, and lower costs for imported energy.
