The Board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) yesterday discussed and approved the protocol on making amendments to the government-to-government agreement between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan on mutual travels of citizens of the two countries of March 9, 2018.
The amendments concern the term of stay of Tajikistanis in the neighboring country. .

As part of his working visit to the northern province of Sughd, President Emomali Rahmon inaugurated the new Sayri Sughd plant in Sughd’s capital, Khujand. The enterprise was built in the Sughd Free Economic Zone (FEZ Sughd) by local entrepreneur Mirzojon Umarov.
