On Friday November 19, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon and Dushanbe Mayor Rustam Emomali attended an official ceremony of opening of a private high school “Horizon” in Dushanbe’s Sino District. The president’s official website says this education institution has been built by local entrepreneurs Zohir Boqiyev and Navrouz Yunusov.
