Нужно признать, что неэффективная работа представительств таджикских властей в России, пока неудавшаяся диверсификация трудовой миграции и безнаказанное давление на граждан Таджикистана в РФ говорит о явном неуспехе миграционной политики республики. А значит, что-то нужно менять.
