All categories of farms in Tajikistan have produced more than 700,000 tons potatoes by November 4, including about 500,000 tons of potatoes produced by farmers from the northern province of Sughd, according to the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA).
An official source at a MoA says Tajik farmers this year have planted potatoes on a total area of 32,100 hectares. .
