Президент Эмомали Рахмон освободил сегодня, 23 января, Шерали Мирзо от должности министра обороны страны. Он назначен начальником Главного управления по защите государственных секретов при правительстве Республики Таджикистан.
By president decree issued on January 21 Rajabali Rahmonali, who had formerly served as First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) also Commander of Border Troops, was appointed to head the Emergencies Committee under the Government of Tajikistan, replacing Rustam Nazarzoda, who was retired for age reasons.

On January 21, the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, signed a decree introducing staff changes, nominating the 50-year-old Rustam Mirzozoda as Chairman of the Supreme Court. His nomination replaces the 63-year-old Shermuhammad Shohiyon, who had held the position since 2015.
