Police officers have prevented one more suicide attempt in Dushanbe. A 24-year-old woman threw herself into the river in the night of February 25 following family quarrel, according to the Interior Ministry press center.
Police officers who patrolled a section of the riverbank pulled the woman out of the river and sent her to a hospital. .

Natural disasters caused by torrential rain and thunderstorms on June 23 killed three people in Tajikistan, according to the Emergencies Committee under the Government of Tajikistan. Two young men, aged 18 and 20, were killed by lighting in an area near Solimolidasht village in Baljuvon district of Khatlon province when collecting grass for cattle.

В Душанбе произошло дорожно-транспортное происшествие, в результате которого погибла 38-летняя дворник Курбонгул Абдуллоева, сообщает УМВД по столице. Трагедия произошла 22 июня около 23:30 в районе Сино на улице Р.
Сотрудники милиции города Канибадам по подозрению в убийстве супружеской пары задержали брата погибшего - жителя села Сайхун джамоата Фирузоба.
