Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has signed a decree approving the quota for foreigners entering the Russian Federation on the basis of visa, Parliamentskaya Gazeta ( Parliament Newspaper ) says .
Under these decree, Russia is reportedly ready to accept 101,800 labor migrants from the visa required countries next year. .
