Dushanbe Mayor Rustam Emomali has replaced the chief architect of the capital. By mayor’s ordinance issued yesterday Qosim Usmonzoda was relieved of his post of Head of the Dushanbe Main Directorate for Architecture and Urban Development.
According to the press center of the Dushanbe Administration, Qosim Umsonzoda has resigned on his own accord. .
