A fire that broke out in the territory of the Chorbogh jamoat in the Varzob district has reportedly destroyed more than three hectares of a pasture. According to the Emergencies Committee under the Government of Tajikistan, the fire broke out on the both sides of the Varzob River in a pasture of the village of Shodob-2 on August 6 at 1:00 pm.

Natural disasters caused by torrential rain and thunderstorms on June 23 killed three people in Tajikistan, according to the Emergencies Committee under the Government of Tajikistan. Two young men, aged 18 and 20, were killed by lighting in an area near Solimolidasht village in Baljuvon district of Khatlon province when collecting grass for cattle.

В Душанбе произошло дорожно-транспортное происшествие, в результате которого погибла 38-летняя дворник Курбонгул Абдуллоева, сообщает УМВД по столице. Трагедия произошла 22 июня около 23:30 в районе Сино на улице Р.
Сотрудники милиции города Канибадам по подозрению в убийстве супружеской пары задержали брата погибшего - жителя села Сайхун джамоата Фирузоба. Родственники подозреваемого утверждают, что сотрудники правоохранительных органов не провели тщательное расследование и просто возложили вину на задержанного.
