In a report released at a news conference in Dushanbe, Chairman of the State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy, Orif Khojazoda, revealed on February 10 that 13,420 violations of land legislation were recorded in the country in 2025.
According to Khojazoda, 12,218 notices were issued to address the identified violations, and administrative proceedings were initiated in 11,677 cases. .

В 2025 году власти Таджикистана возбудили уголовные дела в отношении 270 человек, большинство из которых — отцы, по подозрению в уклонении от выплаты алиментов на содержание своих детей. Из них 39 человек были арестованы, 15 оштрафованы, а ещё 216 привлечены к исправительным работам.
Власти Таджикистана продлили срок легализации денежных средств граждан республики еще на один год — до 5 января 2027 года. Акция проводится в рамках закона РТ «Об амнистии в связи с легализацией активов и средств граждан РТ», который действует с 5 июля 2021 года. С тех пор срок действия закона уже продлевался четыре раза.
